Customer service representative

Customers are the kings and any organization can’t even imagine to ignore the needs of its customers.Managing and understanding the needs of the customers is one of the prime responsibilities of the customer service manager. The goal is to service the NimSys customer in the most professional and warm way. NimSys´ primary customer is Spaces, a company where hospitality meets real estate.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • deal directly with customers either by telephone, email or face to face
  • respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • handle and resolve customer complaints
  • process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • direct requests and unresolved issues to Nimble IT or SysCon
  • record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • manage administration
  • communicate and coordinate with Nimble IT or SysCon
  • follow up on customer interactions and requests, including preparation of quotes
  • Build, market and professionalize Nimsys

Education and Experience

  • MBO diploma
  • knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • knowledge of relevant computer applications
  • Knowledge of VoIP phone installations
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • knowledge of administrative procedures

We zoeken iemand die in of in de buurt van Rotterdam of Den Haag woont. In het vierde kwartaal van 2012 gaat Nimsys twee nieuwe gebouwen beheren.
